KICKTONE MICROPHONES
What is the KickTone microphone? The KickTone Microphone is designed to capture the full character of a kick drum with a single solution. Where traditional setups often require multiple microphones and extensive EQ, the KickTone houses two microphones within its enclosure—one dedicated to low and sub frequencies, and the other tuned to capture the beater’s attack.
While it can be used on a standard mic stand like any other microphone, the KickTone can also slide directly onto a KickPort, creating a consistent, stand-free solution for miking your kick drum.
How are KickTone Microphones different from other kick drum mics Unlike traditional setups that rely on blending multiple microphones, the KickTone captures both low-end and attack in a single, streamlined system. It also mounts directly to a KickPort, eliminating the need for a separate mic stand.
Is it good for live or studio use? Both. KickTone delivers consistent, professional results in both live and studio applications..
